Privacy Policy
How A Coffee Solutions handles the information you provide and the records created as you use the platform.

1. Overview
This policy explains what information A Coffee Solutions collects when you use our website, courses, and tools, why we collect it, and the choices you have. It applies to all visitors and registered users of the platform.
2. Information You Give Us
When you create an account or update your profile, you provide your name, email address, and username, along with a password that we store only in hashed form. You may optionally add a profile picture, a short biography, and a phone number.
3. Information Created by Your Use
As you use the learning platform we record the activity needed to run it: which courses you are enrolled in, your progress through lessons, your answers and scores for quizzes and exams, any assignments you submit, and any certificates issued to you.
Aggregated, non-identifying counts such as total page or post views may be kept to understand which content is useful.
4. Content You Post
If you comment on a blog post or submit an assignment, that content is stored and, in the case of public comments, displayed to other visitors along with the display name you have chosen.
5. Purchases
Some tools and content are paid. When you request a purchase we record the item, the status of the request, and the transaction number you supply. Payment is arranged directly with us, so we do not receive or store card or bank credentials.
6. Cookies and Authentication
We use cookies to keep you signed in. Authentication tokens are stored in HttpOnly cookies so they cannot be read by page scripts, and a cross-site request forgery token is stored in a cookie our own forms read in order to submit safely. We also use a session cookie for administrative logins.
We do not use advertising cookies, and we do not run third-party analytics or tracking pixels on the platform.
7. Service Providers
We share the minimum necessary with providers who help us operate: our hosting and database infrastructure, an email service for account and course notifications, and a video hosting provider that streams course videos. These providers process data on our instructions.
8. How We Use Information
We use your information to provide and secure your account, deliver courses and tools, issue certificates, respond to enquiries and purchase requests, send notifications you would expect as part of a course, and improve the reliability and content of the platform.
9. Data Retention
We keep account and learning records for as long as your account is active, and afterwards only where we have a legitimate reason such as record-keeping or legal obligation. Server and application logs are retained for a shorter period for security and debugging.
10. Your Choices
You can review and update most of your details from your account settings. You may also contact us to request a copy of the personal information associated with your account, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete your account, and we will act on the request subject to any records we are required to keep.
11. Children
The platform is intended for a professional and adult audience. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children, and we will remove such information if we learn we have it.
12. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy as the platform changes. When we do, we will post the revised version on this page with a new effective date.
